Rules of the network
Terms of Service
These Terms explain the agreement between you and TR3NDR when you access the service, create an account, publish content, or interact with other people.
1. Your agreement with TR3NDR
By accessing or using TR3NDR, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookies and Storage Notice. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
“TR3NDR,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the TR3NDR service. “Service” includes our websites and applications, accounts, feeds, profiles, messaging, discovery tools, Influence Points, leaderboards, Signal Caches, cosmetics, badges, and related features.
2. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You may not use TR3NDR on behalf of someone who is under 18 or help a person under 18 evade an age restriction.
We may request information or use privacy-conscious methods to confirm eligibility where reasonably necessary or legally required. Any age-assurance data will be limited to that purpose and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Service availability and changes
TR3NDR will continue to evolve. We may add, change, test, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or maintain reliable operation.
We do not guarantee that every feature, item, balance, ranking, setting, or piece of content will remain available permanently. When a change materially affects your rights or requires notice, we will provide notice as required by law.
4. Accounts and account security
- Provide accurate registration information and use a recovery email you control.
- Your private username is used to log in. Your public handle, profile, and public activity may be visible to others.
- Use a strong, unique password and protect access to your account and recovery email.
- Keep authenticator and recovery codes private, review active sessions, and sign out any session you do not recognize.
- Do not sell, transfer, share, or let another person use your account except through a feature TR3NDR expressly provides.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Available protections may include two-factor authentication, recovery codes, optional email recovery, recognized-device controls, and session management. You are responsible for keeping your security and recovery information current.
One person may maintain only the number of accounts TR3NDR permits. A recovery email may be limited to one account. Handles are assigned subject to availability and do not create ownership rights in a word, name, or mark.
You may deactivate or permanently erase your account using the controls provided by TR3NDR. Deactivation hides your account and content from others until you log in again. Permanent erasure is irreversible, releases your handle, and removes associated information subject to limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
5. The service
TR3NDR includes posts, replies, media, reshares, messages, follows, reactions, discovery, notifications, Influence Points, leaderboards, badges, cosmetics, and profile personalization. Some profiles may charge a disclosed, one-time IP amount to begin a direct-message conversation. Once a conversation has been established, either participant may reply without paying a new initiation charge. Other message-editing or deletion costs are shown before an action is confirmed.
Your interaction settings control who may begin new conversations, mention you, reply to you, or reshare your content. Choosing “Nobody” for direct messages prevents new conversations and new paid access, but does not close conversations or access already established. Blocking a profile can end its ability to interact with you.
Legendary or Mythical cosmetic unlocks may be announced in a moving service banner using the recipient’s public identity and the item obtained.
6. Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you have in content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.
When you submit content, you grant TR3NDR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to TR3NDR.
The license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where a copy must remain temporarily for backup, security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes, or has been independently copied or reshared by another person outside our control.
7. Rules of conduct
You may not use TR3NDR to:
- break the law, facilitate illegal conduct, or violate another person’s rights;
- threaten, harass, exploit, stalk, or target another person, or publish non-public personal information without authorization;
- impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, or create deceptive identities;
- publish sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate material, or content involving a minor;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- send spam, malicious code, scams, phishing, or unwanted bulk messages;
- artificially manipulate views, likes, comments, reshares, followers, Influence Points, rankings, recommendations, or other measurements;
- scrape, crawl, automate access, operate bots, or use another account’s credentials without written authorization from TR3NDR;
- probe, bypass, disable, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with security, access controls, usage restrictions, or service operation; or
- help another person do any of the above.
8. Influence Points
Influence Points (“IP”) are an in-service measurement and utility earned through qualifying activity and spent on features that TR3NDR makes available. Earning values, action costs, Signal Cache prices, and applicable rules are shown inside the product. Reversals, refunds, corrections, and product updates can change a displayed balance.
- IP are not a cash balance, deposit, security, or claim for payment against TR3NDR.
- Displaying or spending IP does not guarantee payment, revenue, physical goods, a particular ranking, reach, or continued access.
- You may not sell, transfer, purchase, or exchange IP except through a feature expressly made available by TR3NDR.
- We may withhold, reverse, recalculate, or remove IP connected to deleted content, reversed interactions, mistakes, manipulation, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
IP can be spent on disclosed in-service actions, including Signal Caches and certain messaging features. TR3NDR does not currently sell IP for real money or permit cash redemption. If purchase, redemption, or monetization features are introduced, they will be governed by additional eligibility rules, disclosures, payment terms, and legally required conditions.
9. Signal Caches, random drops, and cosmetics
A Signal Cache spends the IP price displayed before opening and reveals one randomly selected virtual cosmetic. The shop displays the current rarity odds for Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical drops. The price can increase after each opening according to the displayed pricing rule and returns to its base level after 24 hours without an opening. We may change prices, odds, catalog contents, or rarity assignments prospectively, but the values displayed for a confirmed opening govern that opening.
If an opening reveals a cosmetic already in your collection, that duplicate is automatically burned and 50% of the IP spent on that specific opening is returned. A duplicate does not add another usable copy and does not guarantee a different item on a future opening. Unless the product expressly states otherwise, there is no undisclosed pity, streak, or guaranteed-drop system.
Cosmetics include Profile Pictures, Profile Picture Frames, Leaderboard Rank Frames, and Profile Banners, including theme-responsive or animated variants. Badges and cosmetics are virtual service features, not property, money, securities, or transferable assets. Motion and appearance may vary by theme, device capability, accessibility setting, or product update.
10. Moderation, restrictions, and termination
We may review, reduce distribution of, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service. We are not required to monitor every piece of content and cannot guarantee that all objectionable or unlawful content will be identified immediately.
You may stop using TR3NDR at any time. Ending access does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose earlier.
11. Third-party services and links
TR3NDR relies on service providers and may contain links or media associated with third parties. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we remain responsible for our own promises and legal obligations.
12. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but TR3NDR is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent preservation of content, a particular ranking or audience, or that every harmful action will be prevented.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TR3NDR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities arising from the service. Any aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid TR3NDR during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Responsibility for your conduct
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify TR3NDR and its operators against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to indemnify TR3NDR for its own unlawful conduct.
14. New York law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms or TR3NDR will be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York, and you and TR3NDR consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
These Terms do not require private arbitration and do not waive participation in a class action where one is otherwise legally available.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The date above will change when the Terms change. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide notice in a manner appropriate to the change before it takes effect where required.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies and additional terms expressly incorporated into them, are the agreement governing your use of TR3NDR.
